How does the 110% store credit work?
When you choose store credit instead of a refund, we add 10% extra value to your return amount. A $100 return becomes $110 in store credit, issued instantly and never expires.
What if my item is damaged or defective?
Contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@tmandcojewels.com with photos. We'll provide a free prepaid return label and expedited replacement or full refund including shipping.
How do I return a gift?
Use our gift return form below or contact support. You'll need the order number and shipping postal code. Gift returns receive store credit or exchanges only.
How long do refunds take to process?
Once we receive and inspect your return (1-3 business days), refunds to original payment take 7-14 business days. Store credit is issued instantly upon return approval.
What is a restocking fee and when does it apply?
A 20% fee applies if items are returned without original packaging, tags removed, or show signs of wear. No fee for items in original condition. Defective items never incur fees.
